I’ve recently started using My Plate to track my daily eating and exercise. I’m wanting to eat more healthily, and generally more food in general.
I’ve found this website really useful because it’s allowed me to type in the name of the food I ate, and it will then allow me to select how much of said food I’d eaten and then it will automatically add up the calories, carbohydrates, fats, etc and compare them to my RDA and my goals.
It’s really great because it’s motivational and it really shows me how balanced my diet is (or not, as my case seems to be) and also motivates me to drink more water with it’s cool little section where you can add water to a glass to select how much you drank that day. Very adorable!
So, if you are trying to lose weight or gain weight, or are even just curious as to how healthy your diet is, I’d suggest checking this site out. It’s pretty fun, in my opinion.
